To maintain the highest standards of hygiene, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any lingerie, bodysuits, teddies, hosiery, or intimate accessories — whether worn or unworn.

Due to the intimate nature of our products, once an item leaves our studio, it cannot be resold or sanitized to retail standards, which is why this policy is strict.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Your satisfaction matters to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or the wrong item was received, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo of the issue. We will happily resolve the matter.

How to Measure

Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape level.
Waist: Measure around your natural waistline (the smallest part).
Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips and bum.
